Shipping time

We offer two shipping methods: expedited and economy. The expedited option typically uses DHL/UPS/EMS, delivering to most countries worldwide within 3-8 days. If you choose the economy option, the shipping cost will be much lower, but the delivery time will extend to approximately 7-25 days.  

Please ensure your address, phone number, and email are correct. Once your order is shipped, it cannot be modified to a new delivery address, and any resulting losses will be your responsibility.  

When your order enters your country, it will be reviewed by customs. If necessary, you will be notified to provide relevant clearance information. Please check your email accordingly.

Custome Duty, Import Tax or VAT

Our products are dispatched from either China or Japan, unless explicitly stated otherwise. All international shipments are subject to Delivered-at-Place (DAP) Incoterms. Depending on the regulations of the destination country, recipients may be required to pay customs duties and potentially taxes, for example Value Added Tax (VAT), in order to receive their package. These costs are determined by the specific legal framework of the destination country. In the event that a package is returned or destroyed due to the recipient's refusal or failure to complete customs clearance within the stipulated time, any resulting additional charges will be deducted from the original payment.
